Carnaroli rice is one of the most appreciated traditional varieties of our landmark. Its big grains and a high percentage of amylose, ensure excellent degree of resistance during cooking and low “glue-effect”. On our fields Carnaroli features are enhanced, producing grains which mantain their texture, remain detached and absorb flavours and scents to cook tasty risottos, elegant timbales and refreshing salads.
